Corporate Social Responsibility
The Mistry Clinic strongly believes that a child educated on the benefits of oral health is a future secured and in that direction we conducted several camps across the city of Mumbai from municipal schools to private schools.
More than 1500 students from St Mary’s High School were carefully examined by our professional, enthusiastic and highly trained team of doctors at Dr Mistry’s Dental Centre. We and our efficient assistants worked tirelessly to ensure students were made aware of the importance of oral hygiene, teeth care tips and decay prevention.
Our efficient assistants worked tirelessly to ensure students were made aware of the importance of oral hygiene, teeth care tips and decay prevention. As the children were examined, we painstakingly filled out a form to send home to their parents to share each child’s dental health status with them. We examined for visible dental decay, malocclusion and any urgent dental care needed and where we saw evidence of dental issues we advised accordingly.
Prevention is
King
The biggest achievement for us all was when the kids reverted back to us with positive feedback and repeated all that we had shared with them. Two days well spent. It was heart warming when we received the letter from the far sighted Principal of St Mary’s High School who knew the importance of Oral health as she rightly said “The mouth is said to be the gateway to the body and oral hygiene knowledge imparted at the formative years hopefully ensure a more aware future.”
